		<description>Good point Luke.  I think that that will always be the temptation for any discipline.  Hopefully, it will be because of an outflow of the Gospel in one's heart that will lead people to want to memorize Scripture, without judging others for not doing so.</description>

		<description>I definitely see merit in knowing your bible and this is a good way to do that.  My concern/warning is that many people will treat this as just another "works" to establish their christian identity rather than finding their identity in Christ.  That said, we would all do well to memorize the bible.

I'm curious why you choose Philippians for your memory book.</description>
