Matthew the Human Chimp

Well, it looks like Matthew might become your new next door neighbor. He’ll pick up his newspaper in the morning, grab himself a cup of coffee, make his way out of his home to his car, and drive to his cubicle to begin his day at work.
Oh yeah…Matthew is a chimp. The European Court will be deciding whether he is a human or not. Wow. You can read more here.
