Praying for North Korea with the Family
Jun 26th, 2007 by admin
Yesterday was “Pray for North Korea” day (I don’t know who gives this designation. We just got a letter in the mail saying it was so.) So instead of having our usual devotional using Catherine Vos’ Story of the Bible, we used this night to pray for one of the most closed countries on the earth to the Gospel.
More than anything, to listen to my kids pray over the persecuted church in NK, to listen to them pray for the starving children, it was really great to hear and I am hoping that the Lord opens the hearts of Kim Jong-Il. It made me realize that we need to spend more time praying for the world with our children.
