Why I Have Trouble Hugging
May 24th, 2007 by admin
People who know me know that I am a challenged hugger. My usual explanation is that I did not grow up in a physically affectionate family. To this day, my brother, my sister, and I are challenged huggers (at least to one another). My dad and I, when we hug, there couldn’t be a more awkward moment. In the end, it really is still a Gospel-issue on my part. I know it. So yes, I am still being sanctified by the Spirit.
But Tim K in my church, posted this video on our Forum to teach us non-huggers just how to hug. But be forewarned, if your drinking coffee over your computer as you watch this, you might want to put it down. Hard laughter might lead to spewed out coffee.

Funny stuff! I’m not much of a hugger either but I don’t think this will help me!
BTW, check out my blog, I just tagged you for a Thinking Blogger Award.

[...] The issue of manly hugs has come up before among my brothers and I think this tutorial is the perfect tool to help those who are not comfortable or familiar with the idea of the manly hug. Special thanks to SamShua for pointing this out. [...]
