My parents got me a cool gift for my birthday, a Speedlite 580. For all those who get turned off by photog talk, I hope this won’t make you turn to another site. But here is the flash:

Its an upgrade from the Minolta DiMAGE 7 which was an upgrade from the Nikon Cool Pix (which we still use).
