This story was so interesting, I just had to post a link to it. A man by the name of Kyle MacDonald has a blog where he was able to continuously barter to gain a house. What was his first item which he began with? A red paper clip. Read about it and you’ll see, it’s actually pretty interesting.

That’s really neat…it just goes to show that ingenuity and resourcefulness can get you somewhere. I wonder if I should start with a red paper clip on the venture to my first home. Hahaha…maybe not.
