I was so upset when the DR site disappeared. I received all of my purchases and prompt notification if a product was unavailable. I am excited to see the offerings. Granted, I did not know of the problems with the site and I understand being leery if it was the same person running it. But, the same person isn't running it. And I am so weary of your-best-life-now-purpose-driven-christian bookstores and websites. Another consideration is that I don't like having to turn to Amazon - I would much rather give my money to another Christian. I'm sure that Mr. Challies is grateful for any and all Grace extended to him from his Siblings in Christ Jesus. I know I am. ;-) Give the man a chance. :-)

Hi Won:

I do remember you. We are thinking of that relationship with Sov Grace. Are you? Any way, all of the Lord's blessings to you.

As for DR, there are many people who received the same treatment. I don't think that will happen any more.

I share your skepticism. For those who were directly burnt by the old DR, the new ownership may not be able to surmount bad feelings associated with the old moniker.

Tim, Shua said the same thing. I have no idea. Personally, I am skeptical.
